SISTEMA EXTRA-FLEX
Son innumerables las ventajas de la cadena EXTRA-FLEX en el momento de
estudiar, diseñar y construir un transportador en el que predominan los
circuitos curvilíneos.
El SISTEMA EXTRA-FLEX, nos permite TRACCIONAR la cadena desde puntos
intermedios en cualquier instalación de transporte con una potencia muy
inferior a la que necesitaríamos en otros transportadores convencionales.
Según el caso podemos ampliar también el máximo nivel la cantidad de
pequeñas motorizaciones, lo cual representa un ahorro en la construcción
de la maquinaria y en el consumo de energía.
El SISTEMA EXTRA-FLEX, alarga de forma muy notable la propia vida de la
cadena gracias al reparto de las tensiones tanto en los puntos de
tracción como en el resto del transportador.
El SISTEMA EXTRA-FLEX nos permite la construcción de pulmones de
acumulación de varios niveles con una o varias motorizaciones dentro de
una estructura sencilla y a la vez segura.

The EXTRA-FLEX chain has numerous advantages when it comes to studying,

The EXTRA-FLEX SYSTEM allows us to "TRACTION" the chain at any
intermediate point on the conveyor installation using far less power than
would be required by any conventional conveyor. Depending on the
particular circumstances, we can maximize the number of mini-motorizations
with the corresponding savings in the construction of the machinery and
subsequent energy consumption.
The EXTRA-FLEX SYSTEM considerably prolongs the chain's working life by
spreading the tension among the diferent traction points and throughout
the rest of the conveyor.
The EXTRA-FLEX SYSTEM allows us to construct multi-level accumulation
lungs with one or more motorizations within a simple, reliable structure.
