SPINDLE TYPE B ) Spindle available in Stainless Steel or Zinc plated steel. Manufactured in on piece. Available in M8, M10, M12, M14, M16, M20, M24 for base diameter 40, 50, 60SS, 63, 80, 80SS, 100, 100SS, 110, 125. Length according to table.

SPINDLE TYPE J ) Polyamide Spindle available in M16 for bases diameter 63, 100, 110, 125.
Highly recommended in applications with low weight requirements.

LOW FRICTION ACETAL (LF)

This is a thermoplastic material with special additives providing low friction coefficients and high tensile strength. This material's specific components make ideally suited for use in places where lubrication is impossible, particularly in curved-route chains. Material with certificate FDA.
 

ACETAL  (D)

This thermoplastic has extremely good mechanical properties. It is used without any special additives in conventional conveyors. Material with certificate FDA.
 

WHITE ACETAL (AW)

Thermoplastics with good mechanical propierties, ideal used for food conveyors belts. Material with certificate FDA.
 

REINFORCED POLYPROPYLENE (PP + FV).

Fibre-glass reinforced polypropylene. This material is highly resistant to chemical agents.
 

POLYAMIDA

This material has high tenacity and good noises absorption polyamide.

POLYETHYLENE UHMW-PE - DESLIDUR

The ultra high molecular weight polyethylene is the material more used in friction applications in view of his peice-quality relation. it can be used in sliding guides as with idhler wheels, that can even work directly over the axis (for more information see the DESLIDUR catalogue) Material with certificate FDA.
 








 



 

TREATED STEEL (S)

Carbon treated steel provides extreme surface hardness. Commonly used in conveyors for the engineering industry.
 

AISI 430 (SS)

Din 1.4016 - Magnetic grade, 17% Cr. Hardened by cold rolling to a hardness of 850 N/MM. Used in the majority of bottling plants. It is the most economical of the stainless steels. Also for nuts AISI304.
 

AISI 304 (SSS)

DIN 1.4301 - Austenitic steel 18/8 - CRNI Chrome nickel. Cold rolled to 28 HRC. Makes it possible to combine high tensile strength with a high elastic limit. Non-magnetic. The most commonly used material in the food industry, even where the product is in direct contact with the chain.
 

SÚPER TENAZ (SSC)

A magnetic stainless steel alloy. Chrome nickel magnesium. Cold rolled to 30 HRC. Specially suitable for high speed and high performance lines. 
 

SS302

A type of stainless steel specially developed for use in all stainless steel chain pins. Hardnesses of over 1400 N/MM.
 

SS420

Stainless steel variant using hardened treatment to achieve superior resistance. It resistance limit is 41 – 44 HRC
 

SS316

Stainless steel variant with superior acid resistance. Used in somme of our chains in polypropylene + glass fiber.
 

SS304

Stainless steel variant hardened using rolling coil to improve thermoplatic chains weariness up to 1100 N/mm2 resistance
 

SS303

Stainless steel variant used in spindle feet manufacturing process. Showcase superior load resistance.
